In order to get Deltatrac's powerful Analysis Engine™ working on your profile, we have to learn a lot more about you. The Online Interview is a vital part of your success. The answers you give, together with the findings of the Personal Assessment Session, will determine your body type profile, your food prescription, and your cardio goal. Above all, accurate information about you is the most important ingredient of Deltatrac. The Online Interview contributes 206 out of 241 unique data points to compute your profile. Needless to say, taking it seriously is a must. Over the years, we have observed that there is a strong temptation to answer certain questions about your personal behavior in a way that demonstrates what you know or believe rather than what you do. Rest assured that this is not a test of what you know. Deltatrac is interested in what you do, even if you know better! Your answers are private and will never be revealed. No impressions about your character will be formed from your answers. Deltatrac has no opinion of whether fried food is good or bad, it only knows what to do with that answer when a prediction of your profile is being formed. The only way to enjoy the benefits of Deltatrac's vast experience is to tell the truth about your behavior. The degree to which you impart truth to this process is the same degree of quality you will enjoy in the results. This interview is free for all participants and can (and should) be repeated whenever a new program is contemplated. |

The Interview is divided into five parts. Medical History (17 questions) This section asks important medical questions about your heath and health history. You will need information from a recent physical such as blood pressure and cholesterol readings. You will also be asked for your blood type. If you do not know an answer when you come across it, don't worry. You can stop and come back later with more answers later without losing what you have. If you are unable to obtain the answer to any question, you will be able to finish without answering that question, but remember, the more Deltatrac knows, the more specific it can be with your profile. Nutrition (19 questions) In general, Deltatrac is seeking to understand your current eating habits, meaning the habits you are currently employing as you start your Deltatrac program. In other words, how you ate last week, before you started thinking about it. Another way to look at it is the habits that brought you to your current state of fitness. If you claim to have been in a "clean" eating pattern over the recent past, Deltatrac will use that information to surmise that even though you eat very well, your system nevertheless is unable to benefit from it. To Deltatrac, that suggests that you are either ill, you suffer from an inferior genetic profile, or both. The resulting prediction of what you will be able to accomplish will be greatly reduced. So be careful to be accurate. Deltatrac's unique ability to predict an individual's outcome is incredible. You don't want to miss this opportunity to know the truth about you! Well Being (20 questions) Stress is the most powerful force on wellness. For some, it's even stronger than exercise. No program with the objective of creating new life habits will be successful without dealing with this formidable enemy. From Deltatrac's perspective, stress affects progress. Understanding your stress profile is essential to an accurate prediction of your outcome.Exercise and Fitness (12 questions) One of our metrics for analyzing an outcome is the Want-to factor. By considering your current and past exercise habits, we can predict the level of enjoyment you personally receive from those occurrences. Enjoyment infers a perceived benefit. Lack of enjoyment infers little or no perceived benefit. Higher perceived benefits suggest a higher genetic profile. Lower perceived benefits suggest a lower genetic profile. Activity Levels (1 worksheet) This is a very important exercise that requires a good bit of thinking about how you exert energy in your life. You'll be asked to consider your sleep pattern, the difference between your weekly habits and your weekend habits, and more. Together with your gravity and circumference measurements, the result will yield an excellent prediction of your daily metabolism. |
